How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?

We keep your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

None of your personal information is ever stored on any unsecured device or platform nor will it ever be put at risk on unsecured/unprotected services such as cloud computing services. All of the data we collect will always be stored on the servers of any related online service. For example, data will only be stored on the event handler’s website that is Eventbrite, or the mailing list software that we use which is MailChimp, or on the servers of our site host that is WordPress. We do not store your data on any of our own in-house servers or systems or sites. Your data is secured and protected by the highest levels of enhanced security protocols that Eventbrite, WordPress, and MailChimp have to offer. MatrixChart Systems also has in place protocols such that only the relevant agents, employed by us, will have access to those services used by us (WordPress, Eventbrite, Mailchimp etc.). Your data will never be put at risk or compromised in any way. All emails from us will be sent via the protocols, systems, and servers of our mailing list software that is MailChimp, to ensure your data is properly handled. All of these measures serve to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Furthermore, our employees and third party service providers have access to your non-public personal information only on a “need to know” basis. We follow industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission, and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
